1. REFUNDS

 

Refunds are available to customers within 14 days of product delivery. In order to receive a refund, the following conditions must be met:

 

 - Product(s) must be returned along with original packaging

 - Product(s) must be unused and not damaged.

 - Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

 

If the listed conditions are not met, The KJ Experience reserves the right to refuse a refund.
